Unless otherwise specified, new items in their original packaging, including labels may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. If the return is the result of our error, such as shipping an incorrect item, please contact us at support@go2socks.com .
We are happy to exchange most items for a different size; all returns or exchanges must be done within 30 days of order date. Please contact us before returning items at support@go2socks.com or via chat box on screen.

USPS First Class mail is fine be sure to include your name, order number if available and a brief note detailing your request so we can take care of you.
Allow up to four weeks to receive refunds. This time period includes the return ship time, processing your return, and initiating and completing a refund. If you provide us with a tracking number in email form, we can expedite your exchange/refund.
